All candidates offered are fully interviewed and assessed by our experienced staff for their dedication and genuine interest in working with children. Before deciding whether you wish to interview any candidate you receive comprehensive details of their work history and skills and we uniquely provide you with our interview notes to further aid you in the choosing process.
Cheltenham Nannies is now an Umbrella organization for the Criminal Records Bureau, and candidates seeking work through us can now benefit from the very low fee of £38 for obtaining an enhanced CRB disclosure.
Our interviewers carefully check, as a minimum, two recent work references for the candidates they interview. Character references are also obtained for candidates who are new to our agency.
